The Army's 1st Battallion Infantry Regiment was warmly greeted by the Hawaii Gathering of Eagles after weeks of training on the Big Island.

  Drinks and other treats were provided for the troops while they took a little R&R.



I took this photo of a Stryker vehicle in 2009 and used it to make a poster to use upon their return to the island.
